The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education.” By Martin Luther King, Jr. I personally believe that young learners should grow with values and respect for their family, friends and society for a progressive world. PANA global school and IB has given me the perfect platform for doing so. With more than 15 years of teaching experience and 8 years in the IB schools across the country has helped me evolve into a critical thinker and a life-long learner. I learn everyday from life and from the students who are my teachers. I have been trained in “Role of Language in PYP”, “Critical thinking”, “Inquiry Process and Thinking”, “Role of PYPP Coordinator”. These have given me a deep insight into the curriculum and led me to take training sessions in the schools. Apart from these my love to read books and articles, learn from experiences of other educators and participate in discussion forums make me an effective and successful professional.

The Education is of great importance in our country and has also contributed to the world's education systems by introducing the "Gurukul" system. According to me, education is an important factor for the overall development of our country as it helps in strengthening personality of an individual. I am seeking to provide children an engaging environment for learning and hence develop their intelligence. Pana Global School and IB has given me the perfect platform for doing so. I hold a bachelors degree in Commerce and I hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. I worked as an operating engineer in Spicer India Ltd. Satara. Education gives our thinking a different appearance and helps drive away all our ignorance. A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind and touches the heart. PANA Global School has given me a platform wherein I can share my passion and shape the future of the young minds. I strive to make a real change in a child’s life for the better each and every day. With a degree in Bachelors of Engineering and 1 year experience as a Software Engineer, I intend to make an all-round development for growth of young generations.
